GIRL SCOUT BADGES

September 26 - September 27, 2026

Have you ever wondered how robots work? Would you like to earn your robotics badges and participate in fun and exciting STEM activities? Join us at RoboCon NJ for a fun-filled hands-on robotics workshop geared directly for Girl Scouts, plus a ton of exciting STEM activities that will be sure to excite your scouts.

High School Robotics Team members will lead your exploration in the following:

Robots in the Real World - Learn how robots are used in our everyday lives
How to Build a Robot - Learn what it takes to build a real life robot that’s ready for competition
Robotics Teams (Guided Tour) - From robot pits to elementary, middle, and high school robotics teams, learn how you can get involved
Robotics Competitions - View real live robotics matches at the center court and experience the excitement of robotics competitions for yourself
Design a Robot - Can you design a robot to make the world a better place?
Hands-On Bots - Scouts in grades K-2 will create a take-home brush bot, while older scouts will build a programmable robot that they can control.

Register for your scout badge session where you will complete all requirements for Girl Scout Badges. Sessions are 3 hours in duration and will include moving to various other parts of the event.

Registration and Payment is handled by Girl Scout Heart of New Jersey. An event Fun Patch is included for every scout. Participation in one session will fulfill all of the requirements for each scout badge*.

All sessions are $20 per scout

Saturday, September 26 - 11:00am - 2:00pm

Sunday, September 27 - 2:30pm - 5:30pm

Cadets

Saturday, September 26 - Session 2: 3:00pm - 6:00pm

Registration and Payment handled by Girl Scout Heart of New Jersey Click the session above to register.

Students must remain with the group for the entire program to fulfill the badge requirements.

*PHYSICAL BADGES NOT INCLUDED AND MAY BE PURCHASED THROUGH GIRL SCOUTS UPON COMPLETION.
